I am a competitive bodybuilder now actively competing in my sixties. My journey in this sport spans several decades, having previously competed in my teens, twenties, and fifties.
Over the years, I have battled against formidable
opponents on stages across Canada and the United States. My competitions have been within major federations such as the INBA, IFBB, and CBBF.
I am now preparing for the 2024 INBA Universe Championships, which is scheduled to take place in Budapest, Hungary, on October 26, 2024.
1975: Began training at age 17.
1982: Mr. British Columbia.
1984: Mr. Western Canada.
1985: Retired from training at age 28.
This was my twenty-three-year hiatus from training and competition. During this period, I focused on my career and business aspirations in the United States, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
2008: Resumed training at age 51.
2011: INBA World Cup – 2nd place.
2012: INBA World Cup – 1st place.
2014: INBA Universe – 4th place.
2015: INBA Universe – 3rd place.
2016: Began eight year hiatus at age 59.
2024: Resume competing at age 66.
Preparing for the 2024 INBA Universe Championships scheduled to take place in Budapest, Hungary on October 26, 2024.
