Human Capital Alliance:
Concurrently, I serve as the Managing Director of Human Capital Alliance. The firm is an affiliate of
Spengler Fox – a Global Top 40 executive search firm operating through 63 offices in 47 countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America.
My mission at Human Capital Alliance is to help companies craft innovative and effective human capital strategies and build world-class human capital infrastructures. Over the past two decades, the firm has been providing human capital advisory and c-suite executive search services to a diverse client base spanning Thailand and the Asia Pacific Region. Our clients include prominent Asian Business Families, Fortune 500 companies and firms listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Before establishing Human Capital Alliance in 2004, I served as managing partner of Korn Ferry International Thailand Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the world’s largest executive search firm between 1997 to 2003.
Academic and professional:
I earned my civil engineering degree from the University of British Columbia in 1981 and was registered as a professional engineer in 1984.
I became a fellow of the Thai Institute of Directors in 2002.
I am a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
